The Portfolio Pathway (CESR) in ENT is designed for surgeons trained outside the UK who wish to demonstrate equivalence to a UK CCT holder in Otolaryngology. This pathway requires comprehensive evidence across outpatient ENT practice, emergency airway management, operative competency, multidisciplinary working, and academic engagement.
